Lunch & Learn: 5 Factors for Optimal Health

Join registered dietitian Jessica Smosna for an enlightening conversations on optimal health.
Jessica is far from being the “food police”! She describes her approach as nutrition therapy – she focuses on sleep quality, stress resilience, water consumption, gut health, movement, and quality of life in addition to food and nutrient density.
She steers away from diet mentality, using a “good, better, best” spectrum to support individuals in eliminating guilt and shame surrounding their food choices. She works with individuals to optimize cholesterol and blood sugar levels, support gut health and healing, address autoimmune conditions, and provide education on ways to expand their food horizon.
