Featuring Dr. Allison Chase, Ph.D.
Dr. Allison Chase, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist and Regional Clinical Director for ERC/Pathlight in the Texas Region. She has been working in the field of mental health treatment for over 25 years with areas of specialization that include child and adolescent mental health issues, the treatment of eating disorders, parental training and education, and family- or team-based therapy, including advanced training in Emotion-Focused Family Therapy. Dr. Chase earned her Ph.D. in clinical psychology at The University of Texas at Austin and completed residency training in Chicago at Rush University Medical Center, in both the departments of psychology and pediatrics, and then completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Austin Child Guidance Center and has also taught at The University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Chase enjoys helping others on a mass scale through presentations and media interviews. She offers training and ongoing education for other professionals across the U.S., as well as workshops for professionals, community organizations and schools.
