Shalom Austin + LifeWorks A Place to Call Home Challenge
May 19 - May 23
We hope you will join us in participating in A Place to Call Home Challenge – a beautiful partnership and week of learning and action, created by LifeWorks. We are thrilled to offer the opportunity to learn, volunteer, and advocate for the youth population experiencing homelessness here in Austin.
Register now at shalom.convio.net/lifeworkschallenge.
Beginning on Wednesday, May 19 and ending on Sunday, May 23, LifeWorks will send you an activity to participate in each day and Shalom Austin will include Jewish texts, linking our actions to our tradition. We are excited to partner for these five days to grow together as a community dedicated to Tikkun Olam, repairing our world.
LifeWorks hopes the ripple effect of our actions and donations will touch hundreds of lives, starting with providing a new perspective on how to solve youth homelessness in our city. Everyone deserves a place to call home.
Once you sign up, you will receive reminder emails from LifeWorks. You can access the #LifeWorksChallenge landing page by visiting lifeworksaustin.org/lifeworkschallenge.
