Refund Policy

COVID-19 has presented us with a unique time and as a result, we have created some new refund policies. There are limited spots for campers, but we still need to be sure that we have the additional staffing and supplies needed to keep our JCamps community safe and healthy.
 
If you cancel:
 
  • The one-time $25 registration fee for each family is nonrefundable
  • If you cancel before the payment date, we will issue a full tuition refund.
  • If you cancel after the payment date but before the start date, we will issue a 50% tuition refund.

If JCamps closes due to COVID-19:

  • If a session has already begun, there will not be a tuition refund.
  • If we cancel before the start date of a session, we will issue a full tuition refund.
 

Change Request Form
You must complete and submit the change request form in the appropriate time frame, to receive your refund.
