DESCRIPTION:With the future of the Jewish-Israeli-American community at heart\, our Gvanim Day of Empowerment is designed to give community members the tools they need to make an impact locally and globally. The program consists of lectures and workshops around topics and challenges in the wake of October 7\, 2023. You will meet seasoned activists\, inspiring community leaders\, and acquire innovative tools to become effective member in the community. You will receive guidance on identifying communal spaces in which you would like to deepen your involvement and lead a meaningful\, lasting change. We also want to hear YOU\, share your experience and brainstorm with other community members. This day will be conducted in English and is open to anyone who wants to be an activist in the community. It will be held at the JCC\, on December 8 from 9am till 3pm.
