Jewish Family Service and Temple Beth Shalom are pleased to present this 6-session workshop for couples to learn evidence-based relationship skills with additional Jewish perspectives and wisdom. This workshop is a fun, interactive way to learn skills to improve your marriage. New York Times’ best seller The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work presents 40 years of research and findings of Drs. John and Julie Gottman. Based on this research, our workshop presents a roadmap for couples to learn skills to have a flourishing friendship, manage conflict, and build shared meaning that creates a deeper emotional and spiritual connection.
