Due to COVID-19, reservations are now required for all of our in-person group fitness classes. You can book a spot by visiting shalomaustin.org/welcomeback.

All of our free group fitness classes will still be live in the JCC Austin Fitness Community on Facebook. Join us!

Power for Parkinsons will also be offering free classes online every weekday at 1 pm. These classes make a great substitute for our P.A.C.E. and Sit & Be Fit classes.
