Join local dads for an open and honest conversation about moving to Austin and navigating the job market, the local culture, and the challenges of raising a family.
Along with Rabbi Dan (a NY’er), we will be providing space for dads new to the city, in particular those who recently relocated from Israel. What are the challenges Israeli dads face when integrating into the Austin Jewish scene? How are those challenges different from those faced by recent transplants from New York, California, or anywhere in between?
This will be a welcoming space to share obstacles, difficulties as well as tips and learned wisdom from those who have been around this town for a while!
