• How to qualify for hospice services
• Who pays for hospice care
• The myths of hospice care
• The difference between hospice and palliative care

Experts will be on-hand to help you with healthcare planning forms and answers questions about Texas Advance Directives. The sessions and legal documents are free and available for everyone 18 years of age and older. This interactive seminar empowers participants to identify what matters most to them and take steps to ensure their wishes are honored.

This program is available in-person or on zoom. Please indicate in the COMMENTS section whether you will be in-person or online. And also, if you will be in person, please enter your lunch selection in the COMMENTS. Lunch selection is due by Wednesday, May 1st at noon.

In the COMMENTS section, please enter the type of sandwich you would like for lunch.  Chips, pickle and a chocolate chip cookie is included with each selection.
