What is Wise Aging?
December 5 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
FreeJoin us for an engaging info session about Wise Aging, a transformative class based on the book Wise Aging: Living with Joy, Resilience, and Spirit by Rabbi Rachel Cowan and Linda Thal. This program is designed specifically for Jewish adults 55 and older, providing a supportive space to explore the journey of aging with depth and meaning. Together, we will discuss topics like resilience, spirituality, and finding joy in life’s later stages. Many have described the class as nothing short of “magical,” offering an enriching experience that nurtures both the heart and mind. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect, reflect, and grow! The upcoming Wise Aging class will run from January – July 2025.
