CEO Message: 2022 an Incredible Year for Philanthropy!

CEO Message, The Jewish Outlook

Jan 13, 2023

Happy Gregorian New Year! I’m inviting you to join Shalom Austin in celebrating our 2022 successes.

But first, I want to thank you for the incredible impact you have on our community.

Because of YOU and your generous support, Shalom Austin continues to inspire Jewish journeys in meaningful and transformative ways.

We are once again in awe of our loyal donors, like you, whose combined contributions raised more than $2.87M, achieving 103% our 2022 Annual Campaign goal!

Not only did we exceed our Annual Campaign goal, but also accomplished so much more:

I hope you will join me in thanking our 2022 Campaign Co-Chairs, Phil & Adam Loewy for their leadership, dedication and tireless hours spent strategizing and inspiring our donor community.

We are excited to announce that our 2022 Woman of Valor, Jennifer Greenblum, will take the reins as our 2023 Campaign Chair. Jennifer’s passion for and involvement in the Austin Jewish community will allow us to care for our growing community in thoughtful and special ways.

Thank you again for all the ways you support our incredible community.

With gratitude,

Rabbi Daniel A. Septimus
Shalom Austin Chief Executive Officer
