Please submit your event to be considered for Shalom Austin’s bi-weekly e-newsletter, eNews. Be sure to complete all fields below, including uploading a 600×600 px image and a URL. All submissions (placement, inclusion and timing) are at the discretion of the Shalom Austin Marketing & Communications Team. For questions, please contact us at marketing@shalomaustin.org.

  • Provide the URL for the event or event registration that will be hyperlinked to your event image in the e-newsletter.
  • Community events are included in the e-newsletter as a graphic only (no additional description), so please ensure your event graphic includes relevant information with text that is large enough to read. Your image must be square 600x600 px or larger as JPG or PNG file.
    Accepted file types: jpg, png, Max. file size: 64 MB.
  • Choose up to 3 dates you would like your event to appear in Shalom Austin's e-newsletter. If you do not choose a date, your event will be included based on the event date and at the discretion of the Shalom Austin Marketing & Communications Department.
  • Please provide any additional information about your submission that may be helpful for the Shalom Austin Marketing & Communications department.
