The Dell JCC celebrated the first anniversary of its new building opening on April 26, 2024. To mark the occasion, staff handed out t-shirts featuring an architectural rendering of the Dell JCC, along with other giveaways. The celebration included a Mega Zumba event with over 100 participants and concluded with a special Shabbat in the Jennifer & David Kaufman Family Living Room. Since its grand opening, the Dell J’s membership has grown by over 50%. Beyond the impressive space, members expressed their appreciation for the strong sense of community and the warm welcome they receive whenever they step into the Dell JCC.

One month later, another members-only event was held to celebrate the start of summer. On May 26, 2024, more than 1,500 Dell JCC members gathered at the Rochelle & Stanley Ferdman Family Aquatic Center for Splash Bash, a family-friendly pool party. The three-hour event included water activities, pizza, music, prizes and giveaways. Children and adults enjoyed sliding down two 30-foot water slides, splashed in the Jennifer & Brad Greenblum Family Children’s Activity Pool, and played games in the Lisa & Sandy Gottesman Pool.

These two events were a celebration of community. They provided the opportunity for families and friends to come together and experience the Dell JCC.
