First Change is Free!

Need to change, add, or cancel a camp?  The administrative fee will be waived for your first change as long as you let us know at least 3 weeks before the start of the session.

One-Week Options!

Going on vacation and want to send your camper for only 1 week of a session? Contact the camp office to add an additional week to your summer.

2 sessions: $20 discount
3 sessions: $30 discount
4 sessions: $40 discount

INCENTIVE POLICIES

To receive incentive, your camper must be registered for 2 sessions during Sessions A-D. (Pre-Camp and Last Blast are not eligible.) Registrations cannot be combined.
Incentives are only available for Sessions A-D, (Pre-Camp and Last Blast are not eligible) and cannot be retroactively combined.
Registering for 2 sessions during A-D allows you to add a 5th week. Registering for 3 sessions during A-D allows you to add a 7th week.
Should your camper weeks/sessions decrease, discounts and fees will be adjusted accordingly.
The following camp programs are not eligible for the one-week option: Kim’s Gym, Martial Arts, Ms. Hill’s Art Adventure, Tennis, and ZACH Theatre.

FINANCIAL POLICIES

- Camp Fees Include:
  - $50  JCamps Registration Fee: per family, non-refundable/non-transferable
  - Partial  JCamps Tuition: $200 initial payment per camper if registering before February 15 OR equivalent to the previous monthly installment (more information outlined in camper application)
  - Any added donations
**If paying by credit card, a 3% credit card processing fee (non-refundable/non-transferable) will be added to your total and processed per transaction.
- - All fees will be charged in full when the camper application is reviewed and processed by the JCamps Office (including a 3% credit card processing fee (non-refundable/non-transferable) per transaction, if applicable). 
  - Remainder tuition payments  (including 3% credit card processing fee (non-refundable/non-transferable) per transaction, if applicable) will be collected on the following dates:  February 15, March 15, April 15, and May 15.

Early Childhood Camp
Half Day: 9 am – 1 pm
Core Day: 9 am – 3:30 pm

School-Aged Camp
Core Day: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
PM Care Pick-Up: 4:30 pm, 5 pm, or 5:30 pm

EARLY CHILDHOOD CAMP

JCamps Registration Fee $50 per family

If your child will be age 3 by September 1, 2024, please select “Threes: 3 by Sept 1” when prompted to select a grade in CampInTouch. Camps for this age group are labeled as “3s.”

If your child will be age 4 by September 1, 2024, please select “Pre-K: 4 by Sept 1” when prompted to select a grade in CampInTouch. Camps for this age group are labeled as “Pre-K.”
