CAMP RESOURCES

CHARGES

Due upon registration: 

• $50 JCamps Registration Fee: per family, non-refundable/non-transferable 
• Before February 13: $200 per camper 
• February 13-March 12: 25% total camp tuition 
• March 13-April 14: 33% total camp tuition 
• April 15-May 14: 50% total camp tuition 
• May 15 onwards: full camp tuition 

Monthly payment installments will be collected on: 

• February 16 (25% remaining tuition) 
• March 16 (33% remaining tuition) 
• April 15 (50% remaining tuition) 
• May 15 (all remaining tuition) 

Other charges include: 

• Any added donations 
• Any administrative fees for changes/cancellations 
• If paying by credit card, a 3% credit card processing fee (non-refundable/non-transferable) will be added to your total and be processed per transaction 

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

Families must submit the JCamps Change Request Form to request a change or make a cancellation. 

Administrative fees

• Changes/Cancellations submitted by May 14: $30 administrative fee per camper, per session. 
• Changes/Cancellations submitted May 15 or later: $50 administrative fee per camper, per session. 
• The $50 registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. 
• JCamps Incentive Perk: If a camper is coming for at least 2 full core sessions (A-D), the first change fee will be waived. 

A Change is when a camper’s number of weeks remains the same , but their schedule changes. 

• Changes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability in the program. 

A Cancellation is when a camper’s number of weeks or sessions decreases.

  • Refund Window 1 – Before March 13 
    • All payments are refundable except the $200 initial payment.
  • Refund Window 2 – March 13 up to the following dates:
    • 50% tuition refund
    • Full lunch/pizza/snack fees refund

    • Session	50% Refund Deadline
      May Camp, Pre-Camp, Session A, Session B	April 20
      Session C & Session D	May 26
      Last Blast 1 & 2	June 22
      Last Blast 3	July 13

  • Refund Window 3 – After the above dates and up to the dates below:
    • 15% tuition refund
    • No lunch/pizza/snack refunds will be issued 

    • Session	15% Refund Deadline
      May Camp, Pre-Camp, Session A, Session B	May 4
      Session C & Session D	June 8
      Last Blast 1 & 2	July 6
      Last Blast 3	July 27

  • No Refunds
    • No refunds will be issued after the dates listed in the table above
