This past summer was tuly NEXT LEVEL! We welcomed over 800 individual campers. A record high! We played Tennis at the Hurt Family Tennis Center and cooled off at the Rochelle and Stanley Ferdman Family Aquatic Center. From going down our awesome slides to playing in the Lisa and Sandy Gottesman Pool, and honing our Swim Skillz, our campers were some of the FIRST to experience all the new fun. We are already preparing for the next best summer ever!

Our Inclusion Program is created so that campers with special needs can receive individualized support to have an incredible summer at JCamps! This program is for children with learning, developmental, social, emotional, and/or physical disabilities. Depending on the need, campers will be paired 1:1 or 2:1 with an Inclusion Counselor and will join their bunk in all camp activities.

Inclusion is only available for Sessions A-D for Chamudim, Noar, Kochavim, and Giborim. Please indicate your interest in the Inclusion Program on when you apply!

We go back to Camp Shalom summer after summer because the counselors and camp leaders are dedicated to making camp great for each child. They get to know your child, what motivates them, what makes them shine and they go out of their way to make each day extra special for each child. They also focus on friendship and being a good person over competing or winning. I know that my son is a better friend because of his time at Camp Shalom. I don’t know where the magic comes from, but they bring it every summer! Jo Dale (Tanner’s Mom)

After attending cdc@cbi for preschool, my kids are currently are now in public school, with very few other Jewish kids. JCamps was a natural next step to help them continue building their Jewish community. Last summer, Cameron made meaningful connections with other campers and counselors. He loved going every day and can’t wait to go back! Carly Cera | Parent

Our family loves JCamps! Betsy and Teddy decorated their bed with crafts from JCamps and insisted on making a video to send to their beloved counselors showing their decor and telling them how much they love their creations. Camp leaders also followed up immediately when I expressed Teddy had a challenging time making friends. Counselors helped him find his good buddy who he now loves seeing at soccer during the school year. The personal touches and attention make JCamps so special!
