My goal in training the youth is to teach proper etiquette in the weight-room and provide teens with a routine they can follow for short- and long-term goals. I spent most of my Middle School and High School years dealing with chronic Knee injuries. My specialty is in injury prevention and creating a fun and safe environment for teens to reach their goals!
