CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BARRE CLASS (ONLINE / IN-PERSON)

Register (ZOOM) 

Develop long, lean muscles and a stronger core in this true blend of Pilates, yoga, ballet conditioning and traditional strength training. Exercises focus on the muscle-shaping principles of isometrics and work your entire body through various ranges of motion.

Cardio Dance (IN-PERSON)

This high-intensity cardio workout for all levels will help you develop a strong, powerful core and improve total body balance and coordination, all while moving along to a heart pumping playlist of favorite hits. No dance experience needed. Your mood and energy levels will soar after this fun dance fitness class. 

Classical Hatha Yoga (In-Person)

A holistic yoga practice which teaches the fundamentals of yoga, including the body postures (asanas), yogic breathing (pranayama), meditation, and the timeless philosophy of yoga. In this class we will develop our strength, flexibility, balance, clarity, and compassion, improving our overall sense of well-being.  This practice is appropriate for beginner to intermediate level yoga students.

Cycle & Sculpt (IN-PERSON)

This total body workout combines everything you love about spinning with the benefits of strength training. Get your heart rate up quickly with cardio on the indoor cycle then switch to the mat to sculpt and tone your muscles. Set to an upbeat soundtrack, this fun class is designed to make you sweat and produce results. All fitness levels and music enthusiasts are welcome!

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT (IN-PERSON)

 A combination of Ancient Healing Art forms, blended with modern science based therapeutical exercises. This class will help you to increase functional mobility, strength, flexibility, breathing, core strength, decrease pain and stress response, improve balance, sleep, restore vitality, and train your body, mind, and spirit to work in harmony!

FUNDAMENTAL STEP & STRENGTH (IN-PERSON)
Build strength, increase cardio-health, and step it out! Utilizing a step platform and free weights, this class combines dynamic and energizing cardio intervals along with full body strength exercises.
HIGH FITNESS (IN-PERSON)

 HIGH Fitness is a ZERO equipment, full body workout that has been shown to improve overall endurance, stamina, strength, and cardiovascular health. Alternating bouts of high-intensity movement with moderate/active recovery allows you to constantly challenge your body in a safe and effective way. More importantly, it yields extremely important mental health benefits. Beyond the workout, HIGH Fitness brings fun, fabulous music, and a community like no other – connection, support, and inclusion reap their own benefits on both the mind and body!

LOW IMPACT ZUMBA (IN-PERSON)

Low Impact Zumba with Diana is a fun low-impact cardio dance class to Latin, International, and popular music. It will get your heart rate up with no jumping or stress on your joints!

POSTURE & MOBILITY (IN-PERSON)

This class uses various positions, stretches, and techniques to focus on the maintenance of optimal positions and movements in your body as expressed by your brain. People with poor posture have stepped away from this, and it’s a source of inflammation and pain. In our modern life, natural mobility is worn away slowly without practice. Whatever your state of wellness is (senior, junior, low functioning, even athletes) posture has something to offer you – learn more in class.

Power Yogalates (ONLINE / IN-PERSON)

Power Yogalates strengthens the core muscles including the lower back, abdominals, hips & buttocks.

Senior Aerobics (ONLINE / IN-PERSON)

Register (ZOOM)

A combination of low and moderate intensity aerobic exercises, weight-based resistance training, body-weight exercises, floor work, abs and stretching to improve overall fitness, balance and coordination for adults age 60 and better.

SPIN WITHIN (IN-PERSON)

Spin Within- an indoor cycling workout that will improve your endurance and cardiovascular system with intervals and sprints, challenge your strength with seated and standing hill climbs, and increase your flexibility with dedicated yogic stretching. Each 50-minute class will include 35 to 40 minutes of energizing cycling drills, and 10 to 15 minutes of calming yoga to maximize muscle length and joint mobility.

SPINNING ENERGY ZONES (IN-PERSON)

Learn the intensity parameters of each energy zone (endurance, strength, interval, race day, and recovery) and how to use them to help maximize your goals. Heart rate monitors are encouraged to help tailor each class to the level of fitness each student (not a must).

Strength Fusion (ONLINE / IN-PERSON)

These challenging workouts fuse cardiovascular HIIT training with strength training to burn more fat and sculpt every inch of your body! Prepare to be motivated with spiced up been-there-done-that routines and expect something new each & every class!

STRETCH (IN-PERSON)

A stretch class that incorporates standing and seated positions to open and lengthen the muscles from all angles. A wonderful and important compliment to your regular exercise routine to help you stay flexible and mobile.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING (IN-PERSON)
Cross training and HIIT style focused class format. Designed to improve muscular strength and power, while also challenging your body’s ability to create speed, quickness, and acceleration.
Warrior Bootcamp (IN-PERSON)

*Tuesday class meets outside by the waterslide

Cardio intervals, total body strength & flexibility training designed to get you into top physical condition.

WERQ (IN-PERSON)

WERQ is a wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on trending pop and hip-hop music. Classes are a judgement-free dance space built on good vibes, a great sweat, and a supportive community. With repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps, WERQ builds a heart-pumping playlist, and each week new choreography is introduced, so you can WERQ the routines you know and can challenge yourself with the new ones you’re learning.

YIN YOGA (IN-PERSON)

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced and meditative form of yoga that focuses on long-held seated and reclined poses to stretch the connective tissue in the body. This practice improves flexibility, circulation, and energy flow. The postures also activate pressure points in the body improving our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This quiet and contemplative practice nourishes the spirit.  Yin Yoga is appropriate for students of all levels and abilities.

Yoga Align (ONLINE / IN-PERSON)

A challenging yoga class with an emphasis on proper alignment, muscular energy and strength development. Every last Friday of the month is a restorative, self-care session that incorporates the use of Yoga Tune Up balls to release pain and tension in muscles.

Qigong (IN-PERSON)

Qigong has three functions. It strengthens the body, calms the mind, and opens the heart. With regular practice, you will experience a renewed sense of joy and purpose, a deeper understanding of life, and more compassion for yourself and others.
