Develop long, lean muscles and a stronger core in this true blend of Pilates, yoga, ballet conditioning and traditional strength training. Exercises focus on the muscle-shaping principles of isometrics and work your entire body through various ranges of motion.

A new and unique group fitness concept that combines the toning of barre and the intensity of spin with the movement and music of dance cardio. This blends into an energy rocking, soul-shaking, muscle pumping, full mind and body experience. Don’t worry, dance experience is not required!! Just come and have fun!

This high-intensity cardio workout for all levels will help you develop a strong, powerful core and improve total body balance and coordination, all while moving along to a heart pumping playlist of favorite hits. No dance experience needed. Your mood and energy levels will soar after this fun dance fitness class.

Abs-olutely the best way to help shape and tone your core and to build your muscles! This class is a combination of cycling – riding to the rhythm, which develops your endurance and abs to strengthen dynamic stability.

 

 

Cycle & Sculpt (IN-PERSON)

This total body workout combines everything you love about spinning with the benefits of strength training. Get your heart rate up quickly with cardio on the indoor cycle then switch to the mat to sculpt and tone your muscles. Set to an upbeat soundtrack, this fun class is designed to make you sweat and produce results. All fitness levels and music enthusiasts are welcome!

Krav Maga (IN-PERSON)

What if you could get in shape, and learn how to protect yourself and your family? Krav Maga is not a traditional martial art. Based on simple principles and instinctive movements, this reality-based system is designed to teach real self-defense in the shortest possible time.

Originally developed by the Israeli military, Krav Maga combines traditional martial arts combat strategies and self-defense techniques, applying them to real-world situations. Rather than learning fighting etiquette, an emphasis is placed on being able to react out of instinct with proper self-defense and attack moves during any physical confrontation, teaching you how to avoid situations that might put you in harm’s way.  The registration fee includes gloves and a storage bag.

Please note, because of the seriousness of the class content and COVID, a parent is required to attend the class to hold pads and be a self-defense partner for their child. Participants ages 8 – 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Low Impact Zumba with Diana is a fun low-impact cardio dance class to Latin, International, and popular music. It will get your heart rate up with no jumping or stress on your joints!

Power Yogalates strengthens the core muscles including the lower back, abdominals, hips & buttocks.

Qigong (ONLINE / IN-PERSON)

Qigong has three functions. It strengthens the body, calms the mind, and opens the heart. With regular practice, you will experience a renewed sense of joy and purpose, a deeper understanding of life, and more compassion for yourself and others.

Senior Aerobics (ONLINE / IN-PERSON)

A combination of low and moderate intensity aerobic exercises, weight-based resistance training, body-weight exercises, floor work, abs and stretching to improve overall fitness, balance and coordination for adults age 60 and better.

Survival of the Fittest (IN-PERSON)

 Join an intense outdoor boot camp that includes equipment such as Bosu balls, resistance loop bands, and dumbbells plus functional exercises to build strength & stamina. Participants will grab a pair of dumbbells and a blue mat from the Group Fitness Area before the class meets on the front lawn.

Stand, Sit and Be Fit (ONLINE/IN-PERSON)

Easy on the joints, this class is gentle yet effective. Priority is given to participants of limited physical abilities and to those who require a chair for majority of their activities.

VINYASA FLOW (IN-PERSON)

An energetic but accessible yoga practice with focus on linking breath to movement. Expect dynamic movement, music, sweat, and space to explore and play in a safe and welcoming environment.

WERQ (ONLINE/IN-PERSON)

WERQ is a wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on trending pop and hip-hop music. Classes are a judgement-free dance space built on good vibes, a great sweat, and a supportive community. With repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps, WERQ builds a heart-pumping playlist, and each week new choreography is introduced, so you can WERQ the routines you know and can challenge yourself with the new ones you’re learning.

A challenging yoga class with an emphasis on proper alignment, muscular energy and strength development. Every last Friday of the month is a restorative, self-care session that incorporates the use of Yoga Tune Up balls to release pain and tension in muscles.
