Beyond fitness goals, community allows us to find a sense of belonging. It’s what can support us through some difficult moments — in or out of the gym — help inject a sense of fun in our day, and remind us of something essential: we’re all in this together.
Reservations are required for all of our in-person group fitness classes.
High-repetition, low-impact, resistance training focused on form and technique to build strength, muscle definition and endurance. This challenging barre workout maximizes muscle burn and minimizes joint impact with small range of motion movements to stay working in the muscle and elevate the heart rate. All levels welcome, barre experience recommended.
Baby Dance Class
A 30-minute low impact, dance class for parents/caregivers and their babies 0-8 months of age. Move and groove with your little one to fun, upbeat music and build connection and community with fellow parents with infants. Please bring your baby carrier or wrap as babies must be held throughout class. No dance experience required.
BEAT is a new and unique fitness concept that combines heart-pumping dance inspired cardio with full-body, beat-driven toning. It will leave your muscles shaking and your heart full. No dance experience required – just come and have fun!
Flatten your abs, lift your glutes, slim your thighs and carve out your arms with this fun, dynamic full body toning class. Using high repetition, light weights, and long lever movements it is designed to work the body through all ranges of movement creating optimal body alignment and ensuring no particular muscle group is over developed.
Get ready to sweat and feel that full body burn! Build strength and cardiovascular endurance through a combination of sculpting exercises and heart-pumping cardio bursts to challenge your entire body. All levels welcome.

Chair Zumba is perfect for people with limited mobility, balance issues, or anyone looking for a great, seated workout.
Classical Hatha Yoga
A yoga practice that builds sequences from the earth up while moving through powerful poses with the fluidity of breath. Class ends by cooling the body with a relaxing meditation. Appropriate for all levels.
Forever Fit: A full body, low impact workout consisting of functional strength training exercises and aerobic movement to maximize fitness benefits including strength, endurance, and mobility. All levels welcome.
HIGHbrid is the ultimate combination of the cardio you know and love from HIGH Fitness and additional weight and ab work to sculpt a strong upper body and core. This class will help improve overall strength, endurance, and cardiovascular health.
Zone 2 low heart rate cardiovascular training. Improve running form, endurance, lower body conditioning, and develop a warm-up/cool-down routine with other motivated runners. Pace groups will be established so no one runs alone. All experience levels are welcome! Meeting spot will be clearly marked in the parking lot and running will take place in the neighborhood around the JCC campus. Cones and arrows will mark the route.
Krav Maga combines traditional martial arts strategies and self-defense techniques, applying them to real-world situations. Emphasis is placed on being able to react out of instinct with proper self-defense moves during any physical confrontation and teaching how to avoid situations that might put you in harm’s way. All levels welcome. Mouth guard and hand wraps or fingerless gloves recommended.
Come join us in the living tradition of Israeli dance! An energetic and beautiful way to connect with each other and with Israel. Every week we will learn a beginner-friendly dance choreographed to Israeli music, some traditional and some brand new!
Low Impact Aerobics
LOW IMPACT ZUMBA
Thirty minutes of complete core work to strengthen your abdominal and back muscles. Increased core strength can improve posture, stabilize low back pain and help overall fitness performance.
Mat Pilates aims to balance the body, improve mobility, teach controlled fluid movement, and bring focus to the breath and alignment using the whole body in an integrated, rhythmical, dynamic way through precise, intentional movements.
POSTURE & MOBILITY
This class links breath to movement to elevate the heart rate through poses that will make you sweat and build strength, focusing on core strength and connection of breath while finding balance and peace in the body. Yoga experience recommended.
Power Yogalates strengthens the core muscles including the lower back, abdominals, hips & buttocks.
Restorative Yoga is a practice for the nervous system. By supporting the body in its entirety with props and by practicing deliberate stillness we cultivate a quiet space that allows us deep relaxation. This practice decreases anxiety and stress. It promotes relaxation, balanced attention, and the cultivation of mindfulness. All levels welcome.

Cherish tender moments with your tender spots at Roll & Release. Use a variety of implements and techniques to address your tissues where they need it.
SCUPLT & BURN
A full body, heart pumping, muscle building workout designed to elevate the heart rate and build strength and endurance. Sculpt & Burn will challenge your muscles and build your endurance and stamina.

A high intensity indoor cycling workout that will improve your endurance and cardiovascular system with intervals and sprints.
Full body, high intensity, cardio and conditioning featuring choreographed exercises using an adjustable step platform. Step up, down, over, and around, to heart pumping music to build cardiovascular endurance, strengthen legs and glutes, increase balance and agility, all while burning calories with this fun, fast-paced workout! A one of a kind, high intensity workout that will catapult you towards your fitness goals with multi movement exercises using medium to light weights to challenge your core, balance, and overall functional strength.
This class focuses on the connection between breath, postures, and the mind. Vinyasa is often considered a vigorous moving meditation on the mat. All levels welcome.
High Intensity Zumba class that combines rhythms from all over the world to make you burn at least 500 calories per class. No experience necessary!
Raise your heartrate, strengthen your muscles and mind, and improve your coordination while enjoying the choreography and music of traditional Zumba, with the option of being seated for extra support. Zumba Gold is perfect for anyone with limited mobility, balance challenges, or simply wanting a workout with the support of chair if / when needed. All levels welcome.
