“Get out of the mindset that you have to have a minimum of “X” minutes to workout in a day. If all you have is 10 minutes, still do something. You will burn calories and end up feeling more successful than doing nothing.”
Favorite Exercise: Burpees
“They are so versatile. You can do them anywhere without any equipment, or you can add things like weights or a BOSU ball to make them more intense. Burpees get your heart rate up and incorporates core work, total body strength and coordination.”
