Encouraging a healthy lifestyle starts at a young age. My focus is creativity in workout design to keep youth’s both engaged and motivated through safe and effective fitness programs. Together, let’s begin the journey of incorporating exercise and physical activity into your everyday routine.
TRAINING TIP: “When learning a new exercise, correct form and stability are key components to preventing injury. Focus on lifting lighter until you feel stable and confident in your form, then begin challenging yourself by slowly increasing the weight.”
