Strong Body, Strong Mind
A successful workout routine is one that evolves with your lifestyle and encourages you to move your body in ways that make you happy. There are many things that work, but the real challenge is developing a plan that is enjoyable, doable, and simple to maintain for the long run. I am here to help others achieve an active lifestyle through individualized programming that gets them excited to move.
TRAINING TIP: “Make sure your fitness goals are SMART goals (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely)!”

TRAINER TIP
“Focus on the process, not the results. The small changes you make to your everyday habits are what add up to the big changes over time.”
Favorite Exercise:
Incline Walking: Incline walking is a great way to target the lower-body muscles. It also activates the upper-body and core muscles since you must work against the added resistance of gravity. From a cardiovascular standpoint, incline walking can increase your heart rate more than regular walking, leading to improved endurance and more calories burned.
