Strong For Life
Being Strong for Life is two-fold; strength training helps us enjoy our lives now & live them to the fullest – it also pays dividends to our future selves in keeping our muscles and bones strong, and our bodies functionally mobile and active. With experience in the field off and on for 25 years, I have trained and coached a variety of athletes of all fitness abilities in personal training and group fitness classes. I love empowering women to pick up heavy things and show them how strong they really are! Connecting with my clients on a personal level is what brings me the most joy!
