An equipment orientation is a complimentary information session typically 30- to 60-minutes in duration providing the basics of how to use the weight machines and cardio equipment.

Fitness Assessments

Fitness assessments measure body composition, full-body strength, and cardiovascular health. With the InBody 570, we provide easy-to-understand insights into your muscle-to-fat balance and overall health. 

Strength tests evaluate upper and lower body strength, focusing on push, pull, and leg movements. This guides a tailored plan for peak performance. 

VO2 sub-maximal testing measures your submaximal oxygen consumption, offering insights into cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Understanding your VO2 max helps us improve your stamina, energy, and overall performance. Let us support you on your journey to a stronger, healthier you!

Teen Certification

The Teen Fitness Certification Program enables teens to use our facility safely and gain confidence in pursuing a healthy lifestyle. The program is 5-days in total, 4 1-hour sessions with a trainer, and 1-30 minute session with a Nutritionist. The curriculum includes:

1) Orientation and Facility Tour
2) Proper Warm-up and Cool-down
3) Exercise Technique and Form
4) Safe Use of Equipment
5) Injury Prevention, Injury Response and First Aid
6) Program Design and Goal Setting
7) Nutrition and Hydration
8) Fitness Etiquette and Behavior

To work with a Personal Trainer, complete a Training Intake Form.

You’ll receive a follow-up call within 3-5 business days. Scheduling will be facilitated through direct communication between yourself and the designated Trainer.
