Variety & Fun
I’ll identify your strengths and weaknesses through assessments and then together we will work to get the most out of your workouts. If I’ve learned anything in the 30+ years of training clients it is that variety, creativity and having fun are the keys to moving someone forward in their fitness journey.
TRAINING TIP: “Never set limits on what you think you can accomplish because with my guidance and years of experience, I will get the most out of you that you allow me to and the sky is the limit!”

TRAINER TIP
“I’m a big believer in training smarter and with vision, not harder. Learn the value and advantages of training with a heart rate monitor to help you achieve your goals in a much more efficient manner.“
Favorite Exercise: Any compound movement will do it for me, but if I had to pick the one that gives you most bang for your time spent it would be the Concept2 rowing machine.
