I’ve been an athlete most of my life, starting with soccer at a young age and later adding strength and conditioning to improve performance. I’ve coached soccer professionally for over a decade and hold a Master’s in Sport Management from the University of Texas at Austin. I work with anyone looking to improve general fitness or sports performance and enjoy training clients of all ages. I love introducing free weights to develop strong movement proficiency and incorporate calisthenics in both my own training and with my clients. My goal is to challenge clients safely while holding them accountable to their goals.
TRAINING TIP: “Make every session counts by either: adding weight, adding reps, or improving form. This will ensure progress!“
Experience
- I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, I have a Bachelor’s degree from University of Texas at Tyler in Business Management, and I have a U.S. soccer B license.
