Discipline Equals Freedom.
I coach to build capable humans. Whether you’re trying to hike mountains, chase grandkids, play a sport, or just not get winded carrying groceries, my job is to help you live a fuller, stronger and free life. That means training with purpose, not pressure. I don’t care if you lift heavy, run far, or dance in your living room—I care that you feel confident in your body and capable in your life. We want to train to be useful, resilient, and ready for whatever your version of “life” throws at you. Coaching Core Beliefs:
1. Fitness should fit your life, not take it over
2. Capability over aesthetics because strong looks good on everyone
3. Consistency over perfection because real life isn’t perfect
4. Autonomy matters — I coach, but you lead your journey
5. Movement is a gift — use it, protect it, celebrate it.
TRAINING TIP: “Training for what you want to do in life doesn’t always get you the physique you think comes with it.“
