Stay Strong as You Age
Every individual comes with their own unique background, goals, and needs. While no two clients are the same, my approach is consistently rooted in strength-focused training—designed to help you stay strong, mobile, active, and balanced throughout life. With a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, I bring both evidence-based knowledge and a client-centered mindset to each session. I listen closely, respect your individual journey, and tailor our training to ensure you get the greatest value and results from our time together.
TRAINING TIP: “Learn to lift heavy (especially as you age). And hire a trainer to help you do it safely.“
