Since 2014, I’ve been coaching across a range of disciplines, from CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting to mobility, rotational movement, and tennis. Over the years, I’ve learned that true performance isn’t just physical; it’s both mental and mindful. My philosophy, “Move with purpose. Live with presence,” is about bringing intention and awareness to every movement, whether it’s a barbell lift, a rotational drill, or a forehand. Purposeful training means understanding why we move, focusing on quality, structure, and sustainability instead of chasing intensity for its own sake. Presence means being fully engaged in the process, using breath, rhythm, and focus to build not just strength but clarity and resilience. My goal as a coach and instructor is to help people move better, think clearer, and live stronger in the gym, on the court, and beyond.
